Terms and Condition

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all photography services provided by Madeline Missal.

2. Copyright
All photographs created during a session remain the intellectual property of Madeline Missal. Any reproduction, editing, distribution, or use of the images without prior written consent is not permitted.

3. Usage Rights
Unless otherwise agreed, the client receives a simple, non-transferable usage right for private use only.
Commercial use of the images requires a separate agreement.

4. Publication Rights
The photographer may only use images for portfolio, website, or social media purposes if this has been explicitly agreed upon with the client in advance.

5. Image Editing
Any alteration or editing of the delivered images by the client is not permitted.

6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are agreed upon prior to booking. Payments are made according to the invoice. A deposit may be required to secure the booking.

7. Final Provisions
German law shall apply.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
